If you attend ISMVL2009:
   Registration desk will open at 12:00 on May 23 at the Okinawa Industry Support Center
   (ISMVL2009 site). Please receive your ID badge and a copy of the proceedings.
   The ISMVL-2009 will close at 17:30 on May 23.
   Buses will leave the ISMVL site at 17:35, and will take you to the restaurant for the 
   RM2009 dinner (included in the registration fee).
   Please reserve the seat for the bus at the registration desk for RM2009 on May 23.
 

If you only attend RM2009, and not attending ISMVL2009:
  Please go to Hotel Palm Royal NAHA, directly.
  In front of the hotel, you can find a Italian restaurant: IL FIORE.
  The restaurant will open at 18:00.
  There, you may receive your ID badge.

 The workshop room is in the 3rd floor at TENBUS building.
 Since the room will be used by other group until 17:00 on May 23,  
 our room will be available after 19:00.
 You can receive a copy of the proceedings at the workshop room after 19:00.

On May 24, we will have a luncheon at a Japanese Restaurant (included in the registration fee).
A sea food is default. However, if prefer a non-sea food, please notice at the registration desk.
